Venue and Data Disclosures
Zavit organizes third-party market information. It does not become the exchange, source of truth, or settlement authority.

1. Independent providers
Venue and provider names, marks, market data, rules, and services belong to their respective owners. References identify a source or integration; they do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or approval unless Zavit states that relationship expressly.
2. Venue control
The venue controls its accounts, eligibility, market listing, order book, fees, outages, suspensions, custody, trading, settlement, challenges, withdrawals, and records. Zavit holds no venue funds and transmits no production orders in this launch.
3. Normalization limits
Zavit may normalize titles, probabilities, categories, timestamps, balances, positions, or fills to make venues easier to compare. Normalization can hide meaningful differences. Contracts with similar names may use different cutoffs, sources, exclusions, fees, payout structures, or resolution procedures and are not necessarily interchangeable or arbitrage equivalents.
4. Data quality and timing
Data can be delayed, cached, revised, unavailable, or inconsistent with a venue-native screen. A displayed price may not be executable for any size. Check the source label and timestamp and verify important information at the venue.
5. Rules, attribution, and permitted use
Use market data subject to the applicable provider's terms and intellectual-property rights. Do not remove attribution or exceed access, caching, copying, commercial-use, or redistribution rights. The venue's official contract and rulebook—not a Zavit summary—control settlement and venue disputes.
