Prediction-Market Risk Disclosure
Prediction markets can be useful instruments. They can also lose your full stake. Zavit's intelligence does not remove that risk.

1. Event-contract risk
Prediction-market contracts are contingent instruments whose value depends on a future outcome and the venue’s settlement rules. An apparently likely outcome can fail, a market can be voided or paused, and a correct directional view can still lose money because of price, timing, fees, or settlement interpretation.
2. Liquidity and execution
Displayed prices may not be available for your full size. Thin order books, spreads, partial fills, queue priority, volatility, outages, and latency can produce a result different from a preview. Cancel requests are not guaranteed to arrive before a fill. Orders may remain open and continue to create exposure.
3. Venue, custody, and regulatory risk
Third-party venues control account eligibility, custody, order matching, market resolution, withdrawals, and access. A venue may freeze or close an account, change rules, experience financial or technical failure, or face legal restrictions. Prediction-market rules differ by jurisdiction and can change.
4. Model, AI, and data risk
Zavit Scores and AI-assisted analysis depend on assumptions, data sources, software, and probabilistic methods. Data may be stale, missing, duplicated, revised, or mapped to the wrong contract. Models can be systematically wrong, and concise AI explanations can omit important uncertainty. Always inspect the venue’s official contract, rules, and current order book.
5. Cross-venue and portfolio risk
Similar-looking contracts can have materially different wording, cutoffs, resolution sources, fees, and settlement conditions. Cross-venue comparisons are not necessarily interchangeable or risk-free arbitrage. Correlated positions can concentrate exposure even when they appear diversified.
6. Technology and credential risk
Network failures, stale sessions, provider outages, software defects, and delayed synchronization may affect balances, orders, alerts, or portfolio views. Keep venue-native access available, use least-privileged credentials where supported, review activity directly with the venue, and revoke a key immediately if compromise is suspected.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether any market and transaction is appropriate and lawful for you, reading official rules, understanding maximum loss, reviewing order confirmations, and monitoring open positions. Zavit does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
8. Launch-mode limitation
Zavit's public launch provides data, research, read-only account views, and trade planning. It does not place production orders or hold venue funds. A plan or preview in Zavit is not a venue order, reservation, quote, or guarantee that a transaction can be made.
