Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to Zavit AI websites, applications, APIs, and related services. It does not govern prediction-market venues or other third parties you connect to Zavit; their own policies apply to their services.

2. Information we collect

Account and contact data

We may collect your email address, profile information supplied by an authentication provider, waitlist choices, consent state, and communications you choose to send.

Connected-account data

When you link a supported venue, we process the read-only credential or public wallet address needed to retrieve venue data. Private credential material is encrypted before storage and is not displayed again. We may process account identifiers, balances, positions, orders, fills, settlements, and timestamps to provide a unified read-only portfolio.

Market, product, and device data

We process third-party market data and essential security and operational data such as request timestamps, truncated or hashed network signals, browser or device type, authentication events, error reports, and abuse-prevention counters. Optional product analytics are collected only after you select “Allow analytics.” We do not enable session replay, advertising profiles, or broad automatic click capture.

3. How we use information

• Provide market research, portfolio, alerting, and connected-account features.
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and investigate incidents.
• Send requested service, security, and product communications.
• Monitor reliability and improve product flows using consented, privacy-limited analytics.
• Comply with lawful requests and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Service providers, venues, and disclosure

We use providers for hosting, database, authentication, email, monitoring, analytics, and security. We disclose only information reasonably needed for their role and may disclose information to comply with law, protect users and systems, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. A connected venue receives read requests made with the connection and remains responsible for its own account and data practices.

5. International processing

Providers may process information in the United States or other locations. Privacy rights and protections can differ.

6. Security and retention

We use encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database policies, audit records, secret isolation, error redaction, and encrypted credential storage. No system is completely secure. Retention depends on the data's purpose: active account and connection data while needed for the service; shorter operational and analytics periods where feasible; security and audit records while reasonably needed to prevent abuse or resolve incidents; and backups until they age out. Exact periods vary by data category and are reviewed as the service evolves.

7. Your choices and rights

You can reject optional analytics, disconnect supported accounts, revoke credentials at the venue, unsubscribe from non-essential email, and request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Some information may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, backups, or an active dispute. We may verify identity before acting on a request.

8. State and regional rights

Depending on where you live, law may provide rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Zavit does not sell personal information. Optional analytics remain off until affirmative consent.

9. Age, location, and changes

Zavit is not directed to children and does not knowingly offer accounts to anyone under 18. You must satisfy Zavit's and each venue's eligibility rules. We may update this policy as the service or law changes and will identify the revised date; material changes may receive additional electronic notice where required.
