1. Agreement and related documents
By using Zavit AI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Eligibility rules, Acceptable Use rules, Venue and Data Disclosures, AI and Model Limitations, Account Linking notice, and Cookie Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms are an agreement between you and Zavit AI, the operator of this service.
2. What Zavit provides at launch
Zavit provides software for discovering and comparing prediction markets, viewing data and model outputs, monitoring supported connected accounts, analyzing a portfolio, and planning a possible trade. Zavit is not a prediction-market exchange, broker, futures commission merchant, dealer, clearing organization, investment adviser, custodian, bank, or settlement authority. Zavit does not hold venue funds or place production orders in this launch.
3. Third-party venues
A venue controls its accounts, eligibility, market rules, prices, liquidity, fees, custody, trading, settlement, disputes, and availability. You must maintain and secure your own venue account and comply with its terms. Zavit does not guarantee that data matches a venue-native record or that a planned transaction would be available, accepted, filled, canceled, or settled.
4. Your account and connections
You are responsible for safeguarding authentication methods and connected-account credentials, using least-privileged read-only access, keeping information current, and reviewing venue activity. Never submit withdrawal-capable credentials, a wallet seed phrase, or a wallet private key. Never share access with a person who is ineligible or unauthorized to use the service or venue.
5. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18, able to form a binding agreement, and permitted to use Zavit where you are located. A venue may impose a higher or different requirement. Do not evade location or identity controls, violate law or sanctions, manipulate a market, misuse nonpublic information, access another person's data, disrupt systems, or exceed provider data rights.
6. Research, market data, and AI
Zavit Scores, forecasts, summaries, alerts, AI-generated content, probability estimates, and normalized venue data are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, stale, incorrectly mapped, or wrong. They are not personalized advice, a recommendation, a statement of legal eligibility, or a promise of outcome. You are responsible for reading the venue's official contract and evaluating every decision independently.
7. Electronic communications
You consent to receive account, security, legal, and service communications electronically through the product or a verified email channel associated with your account. You need a device, internet access, and software capable of displaying and retaining those communications. Withdrawing electronic consent may require closing an account if electronic delivery is necessary to operate it. Promotional messages, if offered, require the applicable choice and unsubscribe controls.
8. Availability, suspension, and changes
Zavit may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features, data, integrations, or accounts to protect users and systems, comply with law or provider terms, or improve the service. Zavit does not promise uninterrupted availability. Preview or beta features can change materially. Material legal changes may receive additional electronic notice where required.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
Zavit software, design, models, branding, and original content are protected by law. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Provider names, marks, data, and rules may belong to their respective owners. Do not copy or redistribute them beyond applicable rights. Feedback may be used without an obligation to incorporate it.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Zavit does not warrant accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, model performance, or a financial result. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular disclaimers, so they apply only to the maximum lawful extent.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zavit is not responsible for trading losses, lost opportunities, venue or provider acts, custody or settlement failures, incorrect or delayed data, model error, account compromise outside Zavit's reasonable control, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
