Eligibility
Zavit access does not establish that you may trade, hold an account, or use a venue from your location.

1. Minimum requirements
You must be at least 18, able to form a binding agreement, and permitted to use Zavit where you are located. A venue may impose a higher age, residency, identity, financial, suitability, or product-permission requirement.
2. Venue eligibility is separate
Each venue decides who may open an account, view or trade a product, and keep a position. Venue availability can differ by country, state, account type, market, participant status, and current law. Zavit does not make that determination and a successful account connection is not an eligibility approval.
3. Location and circumvention
Do not use Zavit to evade a venue's geographic restriction or access control. Do not use a VPN, proxy, false address, another person's account, or misleading information to appear eligible. If your location or status changes, review the venue's rules before continuing.
4. Sanctions and restricted persons
You may not use Zavit if applicable sanctions or law prohibit the service, or to benefit a prohibited person. Government officials, candidates, athletes, coaches, employees, contractors, or other people with event-specific nonpublic information may be restricted by law or venue rules. Do not connect or use an account in violation of those restrictions.
5. Your responsibility
Check the venue's current eligibility, market rules, and account notices. If eligibility is uncertain, do not rely on Zavit's availability as legal advice or permission to participate.
