Acceptable Use
Use Zavit for lawful research and account intelligence without harming users, venues, markets, data providers, or systems.

1. Lawful use
Comply with applicable law, sanctions, these documents, and each provider's terms. Do not use Zavit to evade eligibility, identity, location, tax, reporting, or market-participant restrictions.
2. Market integrity
- No fraud, manipulation, spoofing, wash trading, fictitious activity, collusion, self-dealing, front-running, or disruptive practices.
- No misuse of confidential, material nonpublic, official, team, government, or event-specific information.
- No deceptive account sharing, promotion abuse, or coordinated conduct intended to create a false signal.
3. System and credential safety
- Do not access another person's account, keys, data, or sessions.
- Do not upload malware, probe protected systems, bypass rate or permission controls, or interfere with availability.
- Do not submit withdrawal-capable credentials. Use read-only permissions and protect every private key.
4. Data and automation
Do not scrape, copy, resell, train on, or redistribute protected Zavit or venue data except as allowed by an applicable license. Automated access must follow published interfaces, attribution, rate limits, and provider terms. Do not automate account creation or access-control circumvention.
5. Enforcement
Zavit may rate-limit, suspend, restrict, preserve relevant audit records, or terminate access to protect users, providers, systems, or market integrity and to comply with law. Venue enforcement remains controlled by the venue.
